Important: This policy applies to orders delivered within India. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. For customised / personalised pieces, returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Exchange Policy
Gold & Diamond Jewellery
- Lifetime Exchange Guarantee: Every gold and diamond piece purchased from KuberBox carries a lifetime exchange guarantee — no expiry date, no fine print.
- Normal Wear & Tear Accepted: We don't expect the piece to be in showroom condition. Normal wear and tear is perfectly acceptable for an exchange request.
Silver Jewellery
- 7-Day Return Window: Silver jewellery can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and undamaged. Lifetime exchange does not apply to silver.
Return Policy
- No-Questions-Asked: We've built our returns process so you never have to justify why you're returning. If it doesn't work for you, it simply doesn't work — and that's fine.
- 30-Day Evaluation Period: You have 30 days from the delivery date to assess the product and decide if it's right for you.
- What Can Be Returned: Any non-customised product at 100% of the invoice price within 30 days. Beyond 30 days, lifetime exchange is available for gold and diamond jewellery.
Conditions for Return & Exchange
- For Returns: Product must be returned with original tags, invoice, and diamond/gemstone certificates.
- For Exchanges: Normal wear and tear is acceptable. Products not in ideal condition will be appraised in our lab — we'll share photo evidence before determining any value adjustment.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our Customer Delight team at yourfriends@kuberbox.com or +91 120 690 2222. We'll arrange a doorstep pickup — you don't need to go anywhere.
- Mon to Sat, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM IST (excluding public holidays)
- COD Orders: Refund will be processed to your bank account or UPI via a secure refund link sent to your registered email and phone number.
- Partial-COD Orders: The online payment portion refunds to the original source. The COD portion refunds via a secure link to your bank account or UPI.
Refund Process
Note: Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours of receiving the item at our warehouse. Your bank or payment gateway may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect the amount in your account.
- Completeness Check: Within 24 hours of receiving your return, we conduct a completeness check.
- 100% Refund: Products that pass the check receive a full refund to the original payment source — no deductions.
- Courier Cost: We bear the full courier cost for returns within 30 days. After 30 days, a ₹1,000 fee applies for repairs; ₹1,000 pickup fee for lifetime exchanges.
- Damaged Items: If the item is damaged, we'll appraise the loss of value with supporting photo evidence and share it with you before adjusting the refund.
- Free Gifts / Promo Codes: If any free gifts, discounts or promo codes were used, the refund is adjusted by the MRP value of the free gifts (unless returned).

- Gold: 100% of the prevailing gold rate at the time of exchange.
- Diamonds: Lower of the prevailing market rate or your original purchase price.

- Pearls, glue-set, drilled, engraved or synthetic gemstones: No value (cannot be reused)
- All other natural gemstones: 80% of original purchase price
- Making Charges, Enamel, Customisation, GST, Certification: No exchange value.
- A proforma credit note is issued first — you review and accept before we pick up the product.
- Credit Note Validity: 6 months. Can be used on any product except gold coins, silver coins, solitaires, and gold chains.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if my nose ring inner diameter doesn't fit?
No problem. For non-customised nose rings, we accept returns within 30 days — just raise a request and we'll arrange a free pickup. Alternatively, we can resize the piece for you: if the resizing requires a change in gold or diamond weight, a small additional charge applies, but we'll confirm the exact cost before proceeding. Either way, you're not stuck with something that doesn't fit.
Will I get a 100% refund — no hidden deductions?
Yes, 100% refund with zero deductions — including no courier charge. We pick up the item from your door at our cost. The only exception is if a free gift or promo discount was applied during the purchase, in which case the MRP value of that gift is adjusted from the refund (unless you return the gift too).
Who arranges the return courier — do I have to drop it off?
You don't need to go anywhere. KuberBox arranges a doorstep pickup from your address through our logistics partner. Within the first 30 days, this is completely free. After 30 days (for lifetime exchanges), a ₹1,000 pickup fee applies. We service all major pincodes across India.

Can I exchange my jewellery for something else?
Absolutely. Just reach out to our Customer Delight team at yourfriends@kuberbox.com or +91 120 690 2222 (Mon–Sat, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM). We'll issue a credit note based on the current value of your piece, which you can use against any product on our website. The credit note is valid for 6 months.
