We understand that situations may arise where you need to exchange or return a product. Please read our comprehensive return, exchange, and refund policy to ensure a smooth process.

This policy is for orders placed and delivered in India. For International orders, returns and exchange options are not available.

Exchange Policy

Gold & Diamond Jewellery

  • Lifetime Exchange Guarantee: Yes, you certainly can! Every gold and diamond jewellery item purchased from our website is backed by a lifetime exchange guarantee.
  • Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear of the product is acceptable for exchange requests.

Silver Jewellery

  • 30-Day Return Window: Our commitment to a lifetime exchange guarantee doesn't extend to our silver jewellery collection. However, if you wish to return any silver jewellery within the initial 30 days from the delivery date, we welcome it, provided the item remains unused and undamaged. Your satisfaction is important to us!

Return Policy

  • No-Questions-Asked Return: We've crafted a hassle-free No-Questions-Asked return policy to provide you with the flexibility to experience our products with complete comfort.
  • 30-Day Evaluation: We believe that a 30-day timeframe allows ample opportunity for you to assess the product and decide if it aligns with your preferences or liking.
  • Exchange Eligibility: You can exchange any product (as long as it's not customized, custom-made, or you weren't already informed that the ordered product cannot be returned) purchased from our website at 100% of the invoice price within 30 days of receiving it. Beyond this period, our lifetime exchange option is available for gold and diamond jewellery. Please be aware that silver jewellery does not fall under the lifetime exchange guarantee.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

  • Impeccable Product: For returns and exchanges, it is essential that the product is in impeccable condition, accompanied by the certificates and invoices issued.
  • Gold and Diamond Jewellery: Normal wear and tear is acceptable for exchange requests. For return requests, the product must be returned with tags, bills, and certificates. Products not in ideal condition will undergo a thorough inspection and appraisal in our laboratory before determining the return value.

Requesting A Return or Exchange

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support. Our logistic partners will pick up the order, and upon receiving the product at our warehouse, a refund will be processed to the original payment source. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, ensure that the bank account details match the first name and last name provided in the order billing details.
  • Refunds mode for "Partial-COD" payments: If the order was placed using the partial-COD payment option where a certain amount was paid using online-payment-modes at the time of order, while the balance was paid using cash at the time of delivery (COD), then the refunds will be made in the following fashion:
    • Amount paid through online mode - Refund will be done to the source account. For example, if you used a credit card to make the payment, then refund would be sent to the same card.
    • Amount paid through COD mode - Refund will be issue through a refund link which would be sent to the same email id and phone number that you used while placing the order. Once you click on the refund link, you will be asked to verify your phone number. Post that all you have to do is add your bank account number or UPI id and the refund will get immediately processed into your bank account

Our team will arrange a pickup from your home through a reliable shipping company. Once the product is received at our workshop, the customer support team-member assigned to you shall guide you through email/call.

Compensation & Refund Process for Returns & Exchanges


Refunds are executed within 24-48 hours of receiving the returned item in our warehouse. The banks and the payment gateway can then take up to 5-7 business days to process the refund into your account.


  • Completeness Check: Upon receipt of the returned order in our warehouse, a completeness check will be conducted within 24 Hours.
  • Refund Criteria: Products passing this check are eligible for a 100% refund back to the original payment source.
  • Damaged Items: Damaged items will be appraised for the loss of value, with supporting photo/video evidence provided by KuberBox. Customers are encouraged to retain photos and videos of the return packing for their records.
  • Adjustment for Free Gifts: If any free gifts, coupons, discounts, or promo codes were received during the original purchase, the refund amount will be adjusted by an amount equivalent to the MRP value of the free gifts (unless returned).


  • Product Appraisal: After the receipt of the product at the warehouse, the product will be checked and appraised for its fair value under prevailing market prices.
  • Credit Note Issuance: A proforma credit note will be provided for reference when the exchange request is placed.
  • Final Credit Note: : Upon acceptance of proforma credit note by you, the product will be picked up by KuberBox. Upon receiving the product back in the warehouse, a final credit note will be issued as per the current date which will be final and binding.
  • Cancellation of Exchange Request: If you wish to cancel the exchange request after receiving the final credit note, the pickup and delivery charge needs to be paid by you before the product can be shipped back to you again.
  • Credit Note Voucher Code: If you proceed with the exchange request, a credit note voucher code will be issued to you with a validity of 6 months. You can buy any product on our website, excluding gold coins, silver coins, solitaires, gold chains using that voucher code.
  • Adjustment for Free Gifts: In case, any free gifts, coupon, discount, or promo codes were received during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the MRP value of the free gifts as applicable (unless free gifts are returned).

Shipping Costs

  • First 30 Days: Within the first 30 days, the shipping cost shall be taken care of by us.
  • After 30 Days: For repairs, customers will incur a fee of INR 700 (includes pickup and drop cost), and for a lifetime exchange, a fee of INR 500 (just pickup cost) will be applied.
