Step 1 – Take a pan, and place a tin foil at the bottom.

Step 2 – Take the jewellery that needs some cleaning or a new shine, and place it on the foil in the pan

Step 3 – Sprinkle a hearty amount of baking soda all over the jewellery

Step 4 – Pour boiling hot water such that the jewellery is completely submerged

Step 5 – Wait for 2-3 minutes, so that the oxidation process can occur as intended. It is at this stage that you will see all the dirt and dust evading from the jewellery.

Step 6 – Carefully take out the jewellery from the pan and pat dry it on a towel.

Voila! Your jewellery is now good as new!
